Carrozzeria Nord was founded in 1971 in Bellinzona, rooted in a hands-on approach to the craft. In 1995, Hikmet Özcan took over the business, carrying forward the values that shaped the workshop from the very beginning.
In 2008, following a period of strong growth, the workshop moved to Castione, a well-connected location just outside Bellinzona, supporting the natural evolution of the business.
In 2018, Cem Özcan joined the company and is now responsible for the body shop operations. Growing up in the workshop, he developed technical and organisational skills directly on the job, building on the experience gained over the years
Today, Carrozzeria Nord is undergoing a phase of renewal and expansion. New equipment, updated methods and a forward-looking approach, while staying true to the quality of work that has always defined the workshop.
We handle all types of bodywork damage, restoring shape, structure and original alignments. Each repair is assessed on a case-by-case basis, with solutions suited to the type of damage and the vehicle.
We carry out complete or partial paintwork. Colour, finish and final appearance are carefully controlled to ensure a uniform, durable and visually consistent result.
Dent repair interventions without repainting. An effective solution for superficial damage, preserving the original paintwork while reducing time and costs.
We handle the replacement of windscreens and glass, in accordance with the vehicle’s technical specifications. Correct installation and system safety are always ensured.
Restoration work has been part of our activity for many years. We work on classic and vintage vehicles with a careful and respectful approach, based on experience and material knowledge. Each intervention is managed methodically and agreed at every stage.
We manage the necessary procedures for vehicle inspection after the intervention, ensuring everything is compliant and ready for handover.
Alongside bodywork repairs, we also carry out mechanical work required to complete the repair or ensure the vehicle is correctly returned to the road.
We manage estimates, insurance procedures and claims, providing structured support throughout the process.
